Law enforcement agencies learned that two men were going to resolve a disagreement between them through a fight, gathering a total of about 30 people.
The Regional DIA and the SSS Department held a joint operative event and prevented the conflict.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was opened under Article 277-3 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code, and a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied to nine men. Punishment under this part provides for restriction of freedom from three to five years or imprisonment from three to five years.
Another six people were found guilty by the court under Articles 183 (petty hooliganism) and 194 (failure to comply with the legal requirements of an internal affairs officer) of the Administrative Responsibility Code and arrested for 15 days.
