Sadbarkhon Mamitova was born in 1966 in the Jalakuduk district of Andijan region. In 1982-1986, she studied at the Namangan Agricultural College, in 1993, she graduated from the Tashkent State Agrarian University.

Mamitova worked in various positions in Jalakuduk district, in 2007-2008, she was appointed acting deputy hokim of the district, in 2019-2020 – head of the regional branch of the “Yuksalish” nationwide movement in Andijan region. In the December 2019 elections, she was elected MP of the Andijan regional council of people’s deputies.

From March 4, 2020 to the present, she has been working as the khokim of Buston district.
