Ravshan Sultonkhudjaev appointed as head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs
Colonel Ravshan Sultonkhudjaev has been appointed as the head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs. Prior to this appointment, he served as the head of the Khorezm Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an urgent meeting was held at the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs regarding public safety and the stabilization of the crime situation. The meeting was attended by officials from the Presidential Administration, Minister of Internal Affairs Major General Aziz Toshpulatov, sector leaders of the capital, and heads of law enforcement agencies.
During the meeting, an organizational issue was discussed, and by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Ravshan Sultonkhudjaev was appointed as the head of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs.
Before this appointment, he served as the head of the Khorezm Regional Department of Internal Affairs. In 2021, Ravshan Sultonkhudjaev also worked as the deputy head of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs and as the head of the Crime Prevention Department.
It should be noted that just recently, Aziz Toshpulatov, who had been serving as the head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs, was appointed as the Minister of Internal Affairs by presidential decree. He replaced Pulat Bobojonov, who had held the position of Minister of Internal Affairs since September 2017.
