The majority of administrative cases heard by the courts were related to the following offenses:
- Petty hooliganism;
- Operating passenger transport without a license;
- Failure to comply with lawful orders from law enforcement officers;
-Insulting, as well as violating rules for the use of electricity, heating, and gas;
- Traffic violations by vehicle drivers leading to light bodily harm or significant material damage to the victim;
- Violations of trade or service regulations, consumption of alcohol in public places, driving under the influence, and carrying cold weapons or items that could be used as weapons.
It was noted that in 2024, courts concluded 39,270 cases involving 40,119 individuals for administrative offenses related to traffic violations by vehicle drivers resulting in light bodily harm or significant material damage to victims.
Among them, 26,063 individuals faced administrative penalties such as fines and the revocation of their driving privileges.
