Belgium appoints a new ambassador to Uzbekistan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov yesterday received the new Ambassador of Belgium with residence in Astana, Henri Vantigem.

“We received the credentials of H.E. Henri Vantigeme, the newly appointed Ambassador of Belgium to Uzbekistan. We expressed mutual readiness for the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral formats. We also encourage companies from Uzbekistan and Belgium to build up close partnerships with each other. We wish Mr. Ambassador productive work in our country,” the head of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry wrote on his telegram channel.
It should be recalled that Henri Vantigem replaced the Ambassador of Belgium with residence in Moscow Mark Michelson.
