The Mirabad district criminal court heard the case of 67-year-old A.S., accused of sexually harassing a minor.

As the Nemolchi.uz project reports, the teacher periodically pestered, kissed, touched the girl, showed her pornographic sites, comics, offered to have an intimate relationship, and once almost raped her.

The criminal case against the 67-year-old teacher was considered behind closed doors.

The court found the man, who had no previous convictions, guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code (Forcible satisfaction of sexual need in an unnatural form). He was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 8 years.

The man will serve his sentence in a general regime colony.
