Man who sexually harassed his brother’s wife sentenced to 5-day imprisonment in Tashkent region
The man, being drunk, committed indecent acts towards his daughter-in-law, and also resisted the arriving police officers. He received punishment for his second offense.

On May 3, the Zangiata district criminal court heard a case against S.A., who harassed his brother’s wife. An UzNews.uz correspondent reports this, citing the court verdict.
It turned out that on May 2 at approximately 14:00, citizen S.A., while drunk, looked at his brother’s wife and committed indecent acts with his genitals.
In addition, the suspect resisted the arriving law enforcement officers, refusing to go with them to the station.
During the trial, the case was reclassified from Article 183 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (Petty hooliganism) to 194 (Failure to comply with the legal requirements of an internal affairs officer).
The court found the man guilty under Article 194-1 of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and sentenced him to administrative arrest for a period of 5 days.
