According to the document, from January 1, 2023:
- organization of the activities of the territorial structures of the cadaster agency is carried out by the cadaster agency;
- financing of the activities of territorial departments and departments is carried out from the republican budget;
- interference by khokims in the activities of territorial departments, territorial departments and district (city) branches of the chamber of state cadastres is strictly prohibited.
Until July 1, 2023, the agencies of the cadaster agency will be able to consider cases of administrative offenses electronically through the “E-ma’muriy ish” system.
The resolution formed:
- in the structure of the central office of the cadaster agency – the department for the development of the national spatial data infrastructure;
- in the territorial departments of the cadastral agency – the position of chief specialist on border issues;
- in the structure of the Tashkent College of Geodesy and Cartography – a center for retraining and advanced training of personnel;
- in the structure of the SUE “Geoinnovation Center” – the laboratory for verification and calibration of measuring instruments, basic doctoral studies, the Office for Standardization in the field of spatial data and the department for coordinating research activities.
New developed agricultural lands are classified as agricultural lands based on the decisions of khokims of the regions, taken in accordance with the conclusion of the Agriculture Ministry.
The resolution also approved the main forecast indicators of the cadaster agency for 2023-2026 and a program to improve its material-technical base.
According to the program, the agency, having measured 25,169 hectares of land, will create their e-maps.
