Khabibulla Okilov, an Anti-Coronavirus Staff Member, said at a meeting of the Republican Special Commission that those who did not wear masks would not be fined, but they would be warned.
“A policeman, a National Guard officer, who stops a citizen on the road, will present him a medical mask and say: “Kindly put it on”. There are no fines,” he said.
