Ambassador Abat Fayzullayev hands over copies of credentials to Austrian Foreign Ministry

Abat Fayzullayev, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan, presented copies of his credentials in Vienna to the head of the Protocol Department of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of the Republic of Austria, Enno Drofenik, the Dunyo Information agency informs.
Following the ceremony, Fayzullayev held talks with the head of the Department for Eastern Europe, South Caucasia and Central Asia of the Austrian Foreign Ministry, Katharina Wieser, and her deputy, Ambassador of Austria to Uzbekistan with residence in Vienna, Alois Kraut.
The sides discussed the prospects for bringing bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level. Plans to organize visits by representatives of large Austrian companies participating in investment projects being implemented in Uzbekistan were considered.
