Newly appointed Italian Ambassador hands over credentials to Abdulaziz Kamilov
On August 24, the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan, Abdulaziz Kamilov, received credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy, Agostino Pinna.

According to the MFA press service, while accepting the copies of the credentials, the Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and wished him success in his work.
Current issues of further strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries were discussed during the talks.
The parties exchanged views on the timing of upcoming joint events at various levels.
It was noted that the Italian Trade House “Veneto” in Termez city, which will open on August 25, will serve to expand ties between the business circles of the two countries.
