Five pedagogical institutions on the basis of state universities to appear in Uzbekistan

Pedagogical institutions are created to improve the pedagogical education infrastructure in the regions, as well as the activities of higher educational institutions for training specialists in a sphere of education.

In particular, one of the pedagogical institutes is being created on the basis the Samarkand State University for undergraduate and graduate students.

Another four pedagogical institutes will appear on the basis of state universities in Bukhara, Termez, Andijan and Karshi.

Pedagogical institutes will be financed by funds allocated to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education for 2020, and also from budget of higher educational institutions if needed.

The Cabinet of Ministers is entrusted with the task of making relevant decisions on organizing the activities of pedagogical institutes within two months.
