Fines for obstructing movement of emergency vehicles to be significantly increased

Fines for obstructing the passage of vehicles using the right of unimpeded access will be significantly increased in Uzbekistan.
This is stated in the draft law āOn amending Article 128-5 of the Administrative Responsibility Code of Uzbekistanā, which is published on the portal for discussing drafts normative-legal acts.
Now, interfering with the passage of vehicles using the right of unimpeded access will result in a fine of 10 times the MMW (currently, 5 times the MMW).
