Abdulaziz Kamilov receives newly appointed Ambassador of UAE

On October 8, 2019, Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates Saeed Matar Sultan Al Sairi, the MFA press service reports.
Accepting copies of his credentials, Kamilov congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to a high and responsible post and wished him success.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for their further development in the context of the agreements reached during the official visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the UAE in March 2019.
The sides exchanged views on the current international and regional issues.
