The mechanism of enrollment in local higher education institutions has been introduced changes. Amendments have been made to the bachelor's and master's degree programs, as well as to part-time education.

According to Norma, part-time education at universities is offered only on a tuition-fee basis. Documents are accepted every year from July 1 to July 30. The program of entrance exams, evaluation criteria, and subject tests (at least three) will be brought to the attention of applicants before the commencement of exams.

Entrance examinations are held in the language of instruction from August 16 to August 25. The time allotted for examinations is determined by the decision of the admission committee of the higher education institution. Written (practical) works are enclosed identification numbers and they are checked in accordance with the encryption.
 
Exams will be evaluated based on the maximum number of points that can be earned from the tests given. 

The results of examinations for each subject are announced within 1-3 days after their completion on the official website of the higher education institution. In case of disagreement with the exam results, one can file an appeal within 24 hours of their official publication. It will be reviewed in 1-3 days.
 
The tuition fee is paid until September 15, after which the rector registers the order for admission.
