Cadaster Code of Uzbekistan may be adopted

A petition on the adoption of the Cadastral Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan has appeared on the collective reference portal "My opinion".

It is noted that there are many legislative acts regulating the cadastral relations in the country.

"Most of these documents are basically the norms, which are mainly regulated by the law," writes the petitioner.

"Therefore, I propose to adopt the Cadaster Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to systematize the legislation in this area and to regulate it directly with the working norms," the statement says.
