New vehicles can now be registered online — home service also available
Online vehicle registration is now possible through the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services, with a pilot phase launched at the "Fayzobod" registration office in Tashkent. For an additional fee, a Road Safety Department officer can visit the applicant’s home.

A new service has been launched on the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services that allows users to submit applications for registering new vehicles online.
The service is currently in a test phase and is available only at the "Fayzobod" registration and examination department in Tashkent. If the pilot proves successful, the system will first be rolled out across the capital, and later to other regions.
To access the service, applicants must log into the portal, select the type of service, and choose how it will be provided – either by personally visiting the Road Safety Department office or requesting a mobile service. Once the method is selected, an invoice is generated for payment.
The standard registration fee for a motor vehicle is 6.84 basic calculation units (BCU), equivalent to 2.565 million UZS. For electric vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles, the fee is 1.5 BCU (562,500 UZS). Issuing a license plate costs 3.5 BCU (1.3 million UZS), while the technical passport fee is 0.7 BCU (262,500 UZS).
If the applicant opts for the mobile service, an Road Safety Department officer will contact them in advance. The additional charge for home registration depends on how quickly the service is needed: within 1 day – 4 BCU (1.5 million UZS), within 3 days – 3 BCU (1.125 million UZS), within 5 days – 2 BCU (750,000 UZS).
The base fee for home registration applies only if the destination is within 10 km of the registration office. For every additional kilometer, an extra charge of 0.05 BCU (18,750 UZS) is applied.
