Uzbekistan’s unified 112 emergency system now fully operational nationwide
The unified 112 dispatch system is now fully operational across all regions of Uzbekistan, according to the Ministry of Digital Technologies, which shared the update with Kun.uz.

In July 2023, at a meeting in Fergana, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev tasked the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Technologies with launching a single 112 emergency number and dispatch system. A Cabinet of Ministers resolution issued in May 2024 outlined a phased rollout of the system.
According to Sherzod Akhmatov, head of the Ministry of Digital Technologies' information service, each stage of the project was completed on schedule, and the system is now fully operational nationwide.
The 112 unified dispatch service integrates the emergency response services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Health, the National Agency for Social Protection under the President, and Hududgazta'minot JSC. The system receives and processes emergency calls nationwide, ensuring a coordinated response and efficient management of emergency assistance for the population.
Initially, the government decree scheduled the launch of the 112 unified dispatch service in Tashkent city and Tashkent region from June 1, 2024, with a full rollout across Karakalpakstan and other regions by the end of 2024. However, the system has now been successfully implemented across the entire country ahead of schedule.
