Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced that this year’s goal is to create employment opportunities for 2 million women, including 1.3 million who will be engaged in entrepreneurship. To support this initiative, commercial banks will offer favorable financial packages tailored to women’s business ventures.

The National Bank will support projects for at least 200,000 women in the service sector. Turonbank JSCB will provide affordable loans for 150,000 women engaged in lemon farming.

Similarly, Microcreditbank JSCB will assist 160,000 women in the poultry industry, SQB JSCB will support 160,000 women in vegetable and seedling cultivation, and Xalq Banki will help 150,000 women grow grapes, broccoli, and local cabbage. Additionally, Agrobank will facilitate 144,000 women in horticulture, Business Development Bank will support 94,000 women in growing greens, bell peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes, Asakabank will aid 82,000 women in the pharmaceutical and viticulture sectors, and Aloqabank will assist 58,000 women in IT, beekeeping, and fruit cultivation.

For this purpose, an additional 3.3 trillion UZS will be allocated this year to support women's entrepreneurial projects in local communities. Specifically, within the framework of family entrepreneurship programs, an additional $100 million will be provided. In addition, commercial banks will also raise another $100 million and allocate interest-free loans of up to 50 million UZS to self-employed women in local communities.

The Hamroh company, established last year, launched a new system-based program to support female entrepreneurs. A total of $100 million has been allocated for this initiative as well.
