The leaders reviewed the progress of implementing agreements reached during Putin’s state visit to Uzbekistan in May last year. These agreements are being carried out in accordance with a "roadmap" approved by both presidents.

The sides highly appreciated the ongoing active dialogue and exchanges at various levels. Particular attention was given to ensuring the growth of key indicators in trade, economic, and investment cooperation, as well as supporting industrial cooperation projects in both countries.

The leaders also expressed great satisfaction with the expanding humanitarian cooperation, particularly in the fields of culture, arts, science, education — including the training of engineering professionals — healthcare, and sports.

Additionally, Mirziyoyev and Putin exchanged views on international issues and discussed plans for upcoming events.
