According to Kakhramon Khudoyberganov, the press secretary of Tashkent's Traffic Police Department, the motorcyclist was issued a citation under Article 128-3 of the Administrative Code, which imposes a fine equivalent to 9 base calculation amounts (3.37 million UZS) for such violations.

Khudoyberganov did not clarify how many offenses the motorcyclist was cited for. However, from the video posted by the blogger, at least two violations can be observed: the motorcyclist reached 310 km/h on a BMW S1000RR and 299 km/h on a Yamaha R1.

Additionally, the rule-breaker's Instagram page features videos showing previous speed-related violations.

The individual, who refers to himself as "Uzbekistan's first motoblogger," responded to a question from the Traffic Police press secretary, confirming that the video of him driving at 310 km/h was recorded in August and promising that such an incident would not be repeated.

"For the first time in history, a traffic officer is issuing a protocol for 310 km/h. So, the question is, how much will the fine be for 310 km/h? What do you think?" he said, laughing in a video he posted on his story.

"Thank you all. The main thing is, we won't stop creating content," he added in another story.

Despite the fine, he did not remove the video of his speeding from his page.
