Mirziyoyev extends condolences to Biden following New Orleans terror attack
The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has expressed his heartfelt condolences to U.S. President Joseph Biden in light of the tragic loss of lives caused by the terrorist attack in New Orleans.

Speaking on behalf of the Uzbek people, Mirziyoyev conveyed his deep sympathy and support to the families of the victims and the entire American nation. He also wished a swift recovery to those injured in the incident.
It has been reported that on New Year’s Eve in New Orleans, a man in a pickup truck drove into a crowd, killing at least 15 people and injuring 35 others. The suspect has been identified as 42-year-old Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a U.S. citizen from Texas and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
