Effective November 1, 2024, all job listings provided by foreign employers will be published on the Agency for External Labor Migration’s website, as well as in local media and on social media platforms. Job seekers will be able to upload their resumes, view available positions, and participate in job applications directly on the Agency’s electronic platform.

In addition, Uzbek citizens temporarily working abroad will have access to microloans of up to 10 million UZS, with a two-year repayment period. They will also be offered free consultations on employment processes and visa documentation, aiding smoother transitions into overseas work opportunities.

Starting December 1, 2024, the Agency will partner with educational institutions to deliver professional and language training for those preparing for international work. To support private recruitment agencies in obtaining necessary licenses, the decree also mandates a reduction in the financial reserve requirement from 8,500 to 4,000 times the Basic Calculation Unit (BCU).
