Drivers caught not wearing a seatbelt or failing to carry out a technical inspection, or without a first aid kit will face a fine of 187,500 UZS. The same penalty applies to those who drive without the necessary documents.

More severe violations will attract steeper fines. For instance, driving without valid insurance or exceeding the speed limit by up to 20 km/h will now result in a 375,000 UZS fine. Running a red light or parking illegally will cost drivers 750,000 UZS, while those caught driving a vehicle without a license plate will be fined 1,875,000 UZS.

The penalties for speeding have also seen a significant increase. Drivers exceeding the speed limit by 20-40 km/h will face a fine of 1,875,000 UZS, while those exceeding it by more than 40 km/h will be fined 3,375,000 UZS.

More dangerous violations, such as driving in the opposite lane or unauthorized vehicle tinting, will incur even heavier fines, amounting to 3,750,000 UZS and 9,375,000 UZS, respectively.

The most severe penalties are reserved for drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who will face a fine of 9,375,000 UZS and may have their licenses suspended for up to three years.
