Olim Saidov steps down from leadership of Traffic Safety Service

Colonel Olim Saidov has been relieved of his position as head of the Traffic Safety Service of the Public Security Department at the MIA due to his transfer to another job, the MIA press service reported.

Colonel Sherzod Ibragimov has replaced Saidov as the new head of the service.

Prior to this appointment, Sherzod Ibragimov served as the head of the Public Order Maintenance Service of the Public Security Department at the MIA.

For reference, Olim Saidov has been serving as the head of the Traffic Safety Service since November 2019. He previously held positions as Deputy Head of the Tashkent Regional MIA, Head of the Investigation Department, and Head of the Yunusabad DIA.

Sherzod Ibragimov has served as the head of the Patrol-Post Service and Public Order Maintenance Department of the Navoi Regional MIA, Deputy Head of the Navoi Regional MIA for Public Order Maintenance, and was appointed as Deputy Head of the Public Security Department of the MIA and head of the Public Order Maintenance Service in November 2022.
