Gov’t forbids driving electric scooters at a speed higher than 10 km per hour
Citizens driving individual vehicles must follow traffic rules and drive on sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle paths at a speed not exceeding 10 km per hour, and in the absence of them at a speed not exceeding 20 km per hour on the roadside.

By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, changes and additions were made to some government decisions aimed at ensuring road safety.
According to it, separate license plates are being introduced for ambulances, electric motorcycles, mopeds and scooters.
A number of prohibitive measures are being introduced, such as driving by persons under the age of 14, driving on the pedestrian crossing, transporting people, using the phone, etc., on individual vehicles (electric scooters, electric skateboards, segways, unicycles, etc.).
Individuals driving individual vehicles must follow traffic rules and drive on sidewalks, sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle paths at a speed not exceeding 10 km per hour, and in the absence of them at a speed not exceeding 20 km per hour on the roadside.
New road signs prohibiting the movement of scooters and mopeds (3.5.1), as well as the control of individual vehicles (3.34) are being introduced.
