Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel that during the conversation, key issues of regional cooperation in various sectors and the development of strategic partnership relations were discussed.
In his post, he referred to the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as a "respected elder brother" and expressed gratitude for the heartfelt wishes sent.
