On May 30, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the proposals aimed at increasing energy efficiency in economic sectors.
In the age when the demand for energy resources is increasing year by year, life itself requires their rational use and reduction of wastage.
One of the suggestions is the introduction of energy consumption rating in the cross-section of organizations, regions and real estate objects. In this case, the “10” of the highest and lowest energy capacity are kept by the Ministry of Energy and covered in mass media.
Target indicators for energy saving and measures for its implementation were thoroughly discussed in the presentation.
The head of state emphasized that it is expedient to thoroughly and carefully develop the submitted proposals together with the relevant ministries and agencies, and to include the indicators in the discussion of the local councils of people’s deputies.
