The Turkish low-cost carrier AJet has received permission to operate regular flights to Uzbekistan, as reported by the Uzaviation Agency.
Based on the intergovernmental agreement on air communication between the two countries, the agency issued permission on February 21 for the operation of regular flights on the Ankara – Tashkent – Ankara route.
Flights will be carried out on Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
AJet is a Turkish budget airline and a subsidiary of the national carrier Turkish Airlines.
