Batirbek Kaipbergenov becomes Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of Karakalpakstan

Batirbek Kaipbergenov was appointed as the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the press service of Jokargy Kenes reported.
Prior to his appointment, he worked as the director of the Nukus branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
Batirbek Kaipbergenov was born in 1970 in Nukus. In 1992, he graduated from Tashkent State Technical University, and in 1998 – from the State and Society Building Academy under the President. He is a Doctor of Technical Sciences.
