The Center for Pharmaceutical Safety announced the revocation of the pharmacy license from Arzon Dorixona.
Specialists from the Department of Civil Appeals conducted an inspection at the company’s pharmacy located in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent. During the investigation, a number of violations were discovered.
25 drugs offered in the pharmacy did not pass state registration and did not receive permission for use. In addition, there were no certificates of conformity for the drugs.
The center filed a lawsuit with the Tashkent Interdistrict Court to annul the license for the sale of medicines and medical products issued to Arzon Dorixona in September 2020. The court granted the request.
For information, Arzon Dorixona was founded in February 2020 and is engaged in the retail trade of pharmaceutical products. The director and sole founder is Rustam Rakhmatullayevich Abdullayev.
