The top 10 state-owned companies collectively paid more than 70 trillion UZS in taxes, led by:

  1. Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine (NMMC) – 35.4 trillion UZS
  2. Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AMMC) – 10.8 trillion UZS
  3. Navoiyuran – 4.6 trillion UZS
  4. Uzbekneftegaz – 4.2 trillion UZS
  5. Hududgaztaminot – 4 trillion UZS
  6. UzGasTrade – 3.9 trillion UZS
  7. UzAuto Motors – 3.4 trillion UZS
  8. Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex – 1.4 trillion UZS
  9. National Bank of Uzbekistan (NBU) – 1.4 trillion UZS
  10. Uzbektelecom – 1.1 trillion UZS

Top private taxpayers

The top 10 private companies contributed 8.6 trillion UZS, with the leaders being:

  1. UzBAT – 2.9 trillion UZS
  2. Tashkent Tobacco – 1 trillion UZS
  3. GID License Plate – 845.9 billion UZS
  4. Enter Engineering – 844.4 billion UZS
  5. Coca-Cola Uzbekistan – 634.2 billion UZS
  6. Kapitalbank – 610.3 billion UZS
  7. Unitel (Beeline) – 576.6 billion UZS
  8. Hamkorbank – 539.9 billion UZS
  9. International Beverages (PepsiCo) – 342.8 billion UZS

Tax revenue growth in 2024

Tax revenues in Uzbekistan grew by 20.3%, reaching almost 200 trillion UZS. Notable increases were observed in:

  • Corporate profit taxes (+29.1%)
  • Property taxes (+33.5%)
  • Subsoil use taxes (+31.8%)
  • Water resource taxes (+48.3%)
