Raids against criminal groups continue in Samarkand region
During the raids, 47 people were arrested, and 6 of them were charged with a crime.

In the Samarkand region, as in other regions of the republic, within the framework of the “Dolzarb 40 kunlik” special preventive measures, persons who are members of criminal groups and tried to exert a negative influence on the social environment are being arrested.
In particular, during raids carried out by special services and law-enforcement agencies, 47 people who were members of a criminal group were arrested in Samarkand region, criminal cases were initiated against 6 of them, and 25 were detained under administrative procedure.
During the raid, narcotics and psychotropic drugs, cold weapons were taken from these persons in procedural order.
Currently, special-raid activities are being continued.
Prior to that, in addition to the city of Tashkent, measures were held to arrest criminals in Fergana, Namangan, Andijan and Khorezm regions.
