According to the MFA, the event was attended by special representatives of Russia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, China, Iran, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The Afghan delegation was represented by acting Foreign Minister Amirkhan Muttaqi. Representatives of the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey also attended the meeting as guests.

The parties discussed international efforts to resolve the Afghan crisis and provide the country with humanitarian and other assistance as quickly as possible.
