Citizens of Albania, Maldives, Azerbaijan, Georgia, South Africa, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan can now apply for an e-visa to Saudi Arabia and visit the Kingdom. The number of countries whose citizens can use this service has reached 57.
The Saudi Arabia e-visa is a one-year, multiple-entry visa that allows tourists to stay in the country for up to 90 days.
E-visa allows tourists to travel in the country, visit family and relatives as a guest and perform Umrah.
It is not possible to perform Hajj with this visa. Also, e-visa does not give the right to work and live in the Kingdom. When the e-visa expires, it can be issued for a new period.
Reportedly, the visa costs 550 riyals (around $146).
