Tashkent city
The Tashkent city administration is the one with the most debts according to executive documents. Its debt is 209.5 billion soums. The largest debt of the capital administration – 88.5 billion soums – is from “Khisorak Beshyogoch” LLC. Kun.uz covered this topic several times before. Many debts are hanging on the “neck” of the capital’s administration, which owns many business enterprises, from banks to jewelry firms.
For information, the Tashkent city administration held entertainment events and festivals worth about 20 billion soums in 2022 in cases known to the public. This year, it donated 7 billion soums to the “Pakhtakor” FC for the purpose of sponsorship.
Andijan
In the list of debtors, Andijan region is the next place after Tashkent city: the total debt of the regional administration according to the execution documents based on court decisions is 13.9 billion soums. The largest part of administration’s debt is 1 billion 770 million soums from Khalq Banki JSC.
Surkhandarya
Surkhandarya region administration has a debt of 775.6 million soums according to the executive documents, which are handled by court decisions. 745.8 million soums belong to one LLC. The executive document in this case was filed almost two years ago, in August 2021.
Kashkadarya
Such indebtedness in the administration of Kashkadarya region amounts to 147 million soums. The Karshi inter-district court on civil cases is named as the collector of the largest debt – 72.6 million soums.
Syrdarya
In the administration of Sirdarya region, this type of debt amounts to 68.2 million soums. Of this, 59.2 million soums are the unpaid balance of the debt of 666.2 million soums according to the executive document initiated by the court decision in August 2019.
Tashkent region
According to executive documents, there is a debt of 31.4 million soums that is not paid in the administration of Tashkent region. 15.2 million of this debt belongs to the executive document initiated by the decision of the Urta Chirchik interdistrict court on civil cases. It can be seen that the administration owes the citizen.
Navoi
There is also unpaid debt in the administration of Navoi region – 23.2 million soums. 20 million soums of this debt most likely arose from electricity. The reason is that the Regional Electric Networks Company is named as the collector of the debt of 20 million soums.
Remaining areas
There is a debt of 7.8 million soums in the Jizzakh regional administration, 4 million soums in Khorezm regional administration, 3.4 million soums in the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and 3.2 million soums in Samarkand regional administration. There is no such debt in the administrations of Bukhara, Fergana and Namangan regions.
