According to the Supreme Court, on June 2, the Zangiata interdistrict economic court decided to satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Health on the annulment of the license issued to the limited liability company Omad plyus, as well as to annul the license No. 27390032 dated February 16, 2021, issued to Omad plyus LLC for performing medical activities.
It is noted that the Ministry of Health filed a lawsuit against Omad plyus LLC with the Zangiata Interdistrict Economic Court on April 28 this year.
In the application, gross violations of the requirements of paragraph 9 of Appendix 27 of the “Unified regulation on licensing certain types of activities through a special electronic system”, approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, are indicated in the application as the basis for canceling the license. In particular, the fact that when providing prompt medical assistance to the deceased patient F. Mannopov, known as Mittivine, the doctors who provided him with medical care did not have a qualification category, primary medical records were not kept properly, and a number of shortcomings were made, such as the lack of periodic inspection of medical equipment for compliance with metrological standards.
It is noted that when providing medical services to Mannopov, a number of licensing requirements and conditions were violated, which is the basis for the cancellation of the license in accordance with Article 33 of the Law “On licensing, permitting and notification procedures”.
At the court session on May 15 of the current year, the oral petition of the defendant’s lawyer to suspend the proceedings in connection with this dispute until the completion of the criminal case against the officials of the clinic was rejected, and the court session was postponed to a later date with the satisfaction of the petitions of the representatives of the parties.
At the court session on May 25, the defendant’s lawyer submitted the above petition in writing with the documents on the criminal case attached.
In turn, the plaintiff submitted to the court documents confirming the violation of a number of licensing requirements and conditions in the provision of medical services to the late F. Mannopov.
As a result, on June 2, the Zangiata interdistrict economic court ruled to satisfy the claim of the Ministry of Health to annul the license of the Star Med clinic, where blogger Farhod Mannopov died during an operation.
