According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the incident happened today at around 07:30 a.m. 

Reportedly, four people were injured in the explosion and one person died. The injured were hospitalized at the district medical association.

Currently, employees of the MES, internal affairs, the prosecutor’s office, and other responsible government bodies are studying the causes of the incident.

The amount of material damage is being calculated.
