Uzbekistan increases EV imports
In January-November, Uzbekistan increased the import of electric cars by 177% compared to the same period last year.

According to the State Statistics Committee, over the past eleven months of 2022, Uzbekistan imported 1,912 electric vehicles worth $61.3 million.
Imports of EVs increased by 1,223 compared to the corresponding period of 2021.
During the reporting period, the republic imported electric cars mainly from the following countries:
- China - 1,675
- UAE – 111
- Germany - 56
- Hong Kong - 42
- Lithuania - 10
- South Korea - 7
- Other countries - 11
