Tashkent International Airport included in list of most “stressful” airports

Hawaiian Islands information portal has compiled a ranking of airports with the highest level of stress in the world.

In the rating, the airport of the British city of Manchester took the first place – about 82.5% of the reviews about this place on the Internet have negative information or complaints. Passengers used the words “shame”, “lack”, “queue” and “farce” the most.

The second airport with a high level of stress was Nikos Kazantzakis Airport in Heraklion, Greece (82.12%), Stansted Airport in London, England, in third place (77.5%). The next places were occupied by Toronto in Canada, Bordeaux in France, Luton and Bristol in England, Berlin in Germany, and Brussels in Belgium.

According to the ranking of the Hawaiian Islands information portal, the most stressful airport in the Middle East and Central Asia region is Sabihe Gokchan Airport in Istanbul, Turkey (62.65%). Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport (53.58%) is in second place, Turkey’s Antalya Airport (53.04%) is in third place.

Tashkent International Airport named after Islam Karimov is also on the list, and is ranked 7th with an index of 46.02%.

Kazakhstan’s Almaty airport (46.84%) was ranked fifth, Shymkent airport (40.03%) ranked fourteenth, Astana airport (35.96%) ranked twentieth, and Kyrgyzstan’s Manas airport (37.48%) ranked sixteenth.

When compiling the rating, researchers studied more than 1,500 reviews left on the Google platform for more than 500 airports around the world. Airports are ranked according to the frequency of protests and the number of complaints.
