The head of Uzbekistan proposed the creation of a system of border trade zones with unified and simplified procedures for the delivery of goods in Central Asia.

In addition, the following suggestions were put forward:

•  organizing an annual forum of the Central Asian regions;
•  development of a “roadmap” for the promotion of alternative transport corridors to access the markets of India, Pakistan and China;
•  joint development of a comprehensive scheme of guaranteeing the population with food products of a wide nomenclature;
•  holding the Central Asian culture, art and film festival alternately in the countries;
•  establishment of a joint expert group to prepare specific proposals for increasing mutual tourist flows;
•  preparation of a multilateral agreement on the general directions of youth policy.

Prior to that, Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed to establish a permanent consultation of the heads of the special services of the Central Asian countries.
