Formerly Kun.uz reported that the ex-khokim was detained on June 6 and taken into custody on June 7 by a court decision.

According to the justice authorities, on June 6 from 09:43 to 21:18 and on June 7 from 18:10 to 21:07 the head of the city khokimiyat office S. Kodirjonov, using the khokim’s e-signature, signed and posted on the E-qaror electronic platform 26 decisions and orders. Later, it was reported that Khaydarov’s personal account in the E-qaror electronic system was blocked by Uzinfocom specialists.

Decisions and orders issued on June 6 and 7 were annulled in accordance with the first decree signed by the new khokim of Andijan Gafurjon Abdurakhmanov.

It should be recalled that Bakhrom Khaydarov, when he was the head of the Andijan regional department of finance, is suspected of embezzling 48 billion soums from the state budget along with his accomplices.

On June 6-7, 26 documents were signed on his behalf, 19 of which concerned online auctions of land plots.
