Uzbek tour operator Osmon Aero and Malaysia Airlines signed an agreement according to which the airline will start operating charter flights on the Kuala Lumpur-Tashkent route from July, Spot reported referring to Daily Express.
Representatives of the travel company visited the state of Sabah, and also met with Assistant Minister of Tourism, Culture and Environment of the state of Datuk Joniston Bangkuai.
During the meeting, representatives of Osmon Aero showed interest in opening charter flights connecting Tashkent and Kota Kinabalu.
Flights are expected to start next year.
