This is stated in the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the document, the exchange period depends on the year the driving license and registration certificates were issued:

ꞏ for documents issued before 2010 - March 31, 2023;
ꞏ issued in 2010-2012 - June 30, 2023;
ꞏ issued in 2013-2015 - September 30, 2023;
ꞏ after 2015 - December 31, 2023.

According to the current procedure, the deadline for replacing old driving licenses with new ones is December 31, 2022.

Earlier it was reported that in Uzbekistan, the authorities can extend the period for replacing a driver’s license.
