Requirement for several types of documents from population canceled

This is stated in the presidential decree “On measures to improve the infrastructure for the provision of public services and expand the opportunities for the population to use public services”. 

According to the document, from January 1, 2022, the claim by state bodies from the population, including business entities, will be canceled:

a) information confirming the following facts:

- information of the certificate of state registration of a business entity;
- information on the availability of licenses, permits and confirmation of receipt of notifications;
- information on payment of state duties, fees and other payments;
- information on securities, on operations with securities, on the receipt of dividends;
- information on registration as a low-income family or a member of a low-income family;
- information about the alimony paid by individuals and received;
- information of the diploma about higher education;
- information about the graduation of an individual from a secondary specialized, vocational educational institution;
- information about the graduation of an individual from a secondary educational institution (on the basis of the 11th grade);
- information about the presence of citizens in “Youth notebook” or “Women’s notebook”;
- information about self-employed persons;
- information about the document confirming the right to a benefit for applicants who have a preference for admission to study at higher educational institutions;

b) the following documents:

- copies of financial statements;
- certificates of confirmation of the salary of individuals for the last 12 months;
- certificates of receipt of social benefits and pensions.

At the same time, in the process of providing public services to individuals, when hiring and performing other administrative procedures, state bodies and organizations independently request the above-mentioned documents and information from the responsible state bodies and organizations through the interdepartmental integration platform of the e-government system.
