Earlier it was reported that since the beginning of 2021, the exchange value of AI-80 gasoline has increased by 70% in Uzbekistan.

In addition, Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee Farrukh Karabayev said during a briefing that the situation with rising prices should change in the coming days.

“Large, wholesale customers operate with low profitability, and in the process of trading, they have opportunities for higher offers. Therefore, lots are carried out in small sizes to create conditions for ordinary gas stations. This will help in the fight against artificial price increases,” he said.
