All heating boilers in heat supply enterprises operating in Uzbekistan are already outdated.

According to representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, there are 38,382 apartment buildings in Uzbekistan, of which 15,120 have central heating, and 5,588 have individual heating systems. The remaining 17,674 multi-storey buildings use other forms of heating appliances.
Reportedly, the number of heat supply enterprises operating in the republic is 20, they have a total of 500 heating boilers. All boilers are already outdated, noted at a meeting at the AIMC.
Earlier it was reported that in Uzbekistan, the population owed 2.1 trillion soums for the supplied heat energy.
