Citizens can now track the status of postal items through the Single Portal of Interactive State Services
Through the Single Portal of Interactive State Services, one can now track the status and location of postal items and parcels sent using the Uzbekistan Post (O’zbekiston Pochtasi) service.

According to the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, to use the service, you must follow the link leading to the my.gov.uz website.
“In order to perform an operation, you must enter a special number in the appropriate section and set a search,” the statement says.
In automatic mode, the screen will provide operational information about the status of the postal item.
