Uzbekistan wins eight medals at the Hand-to-Hand Fighting World Championship

The national team of Uzbekistan won eight medals at the World Hand-to-Hand Fighting Championship that took place in Tashkent from June 5 to 7, the National Olympic Committee reports.
Uzbek fighters won two gold, four silver and two bronze medals.
Gold:
- -70 kg: Olimjon Normurodov
- -55 kg: Maftuna Kuvondikova
Silver:
- -45 kg: Nargiza Nazikulova
- -55 kg: Javokhir Sobitov
- -55 kg: Sabrina Rajabova
- -75 kg: Jakhongir Jumayev
Bronze:
- -45 kg: Shirinoy Zokhidova
- -55 kg: Bekzod Atajonov
