In May 2021, goods and services in the consumer market increased on average by 0.5%, the State Statistics Committee said.

Since the beginning of the year, goods and services increased in price by 4.6%, with an average monthly growth of 0.9%.

Due to the rise in prices for food products, the aggregate indicator for the month grew by 0.20%. Its impact on the total increase of prices was 40%.

The increase in prices for non-food products added 0.14% to the consolidated CPI for the month, tariffs for services – 0.16%.
